To best serve the patient needs, iAccompany requests patient specific medical details. These details will be used to create a confidential medical profile to enable us to closely match the skillset of our nursing professional with the unique needs of each patient.
Make an Appointment
3Step 3
Request an appointment by providing the pickup location, medical appointment location and questions you may have for the physician. The status of the appointment request will be confirmed once all appointment information is received and credit card information is provided. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the anticipated appointment fee at the time the appointment is booked. Your credit card will not be charged until after the appointment.
